This is the 17th in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by Aginext and the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.
This month is focussed on responsibility. On asking the right questions, like: Should we be building that? How can your factor consequence scanning into your sprint? How do you support a psychologically safe environment where anyone can voice concerns? If agile is all about going faster, when do we stop to consider what we’re doing?
This month we are joined by Sam Brown and Emily Webber. Sam is a responsible innovation coach and the co-founder of Consequential, a community interest company which supports people who invest, accelerate, and scale digital and emerging technologies to build their own responsible innovation practices. Emily is a London-based independent Agile and digital delivery consultant, coach, trainer and speaker. Her focus is on how people work together, giving people the skills they need and creating the right environment for awesome delivery. Emily also runs the remote-first agile Meetup Agile in the Ether.View Event Website
