This will be the first in a series of experiments in Remote Fishbowl discussion.
We are kicking off our Fishbowls with a focus on a super important topic: Intrinsic Motivation and Self-Care, during a pandemic, for your team, and for yourself. How are you creating moments of energy and sanity? How can we use the lens of self-awareness to understand our very personal drivers of joy and bring more moments of joys in our lives?
We will warm up with a play of the Reiss Motivation Profile and then dive into a fishbowl with some motivation specialists and hopefully you, where we will together explore how our personal values, intrinsic needs and desires can hep us find more joy and alignment in our lives.
A Fishbowl is a structured conversation where everyone has a chance to be a panelist and an audience member. In-person this is done by four seats, with always one empty as folks discuss a certain self-organized topic or theme. Only those sat in these speaker chairs can take part in the conversation. For a virtual fishbowl it’s a matter of only three cameras being on at once. If a fourth one turns on, another has to turn off. (Typically that’s the one either sitting longer or less involved in the current conversation. Let’s just be mindful to include as many voices as possible and not to dominate the conversation.)View Event Website
