A wise person once said – “A good Scrum Master can handle two teams. A great Scrum Master can handle one”. This talk will explore how much truth there is in that statement – and what are the limits of a Scrum Master’s capabilities in terms of multiple teams.
We’ll be looking closely at what is the bare minimum that a Scrum Master needs to do in order to call themselves a team’s Scrum Master, whilst weighing up the pros and the cons of working with more than one team. We’ll also retrospectively be looking back at the things Gwen has learned, along with the mistakes she made as she attempted to juggle three different teams.
Following this talk, you should hopefully have some tips on (if you were to find yourself in that situation) how you could also handle multiple teams and also how to answer that question “So – which team is your favourite?”View Event Website
